George and his team were invited to bring this traditional kitchen to life, drawing together the duality of creating a space that could functionally and durably serve a family while remaining in keeping with the age, style, and character of the property.
Beautiful bespoke panelling in Farrow & Ball Card Room Green frames the dining area and extends into the kitchen, cleverly concealing an extra-wide fridge and larder with built-in appliances, storage, and plate rack. A spectacular Lacanche 2.1 range cooker serves as a stunning feature while also offering abundant functionality, with a grill and deep fat fryer.
In collaboration with the clients, George added to the coordinated colour palette of this kitchen with Farrow & Ball Studio Green for the island and Fired Earth Charcoal for the dining table legs and drawer units. These hues complement the Bianca Eclipsia granite worktop, while the bespoke Oak dining table was crafted to match the pre-existing Oakwood floors.
